It's very doubtful Kate would get to wear the Spencer Tiara – which belongs to Diana's family and was the headpiece she chose to wear on her wedding day.
But there's a possibility she might wear the sapphire and diamond necklace which was given to the Princess as wedding gift from the Saudi crown prince.
