The official photographs of the royal nuptials have been sent around the world, so Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall is amazed that nobody managed to spot the extra guest in the frame.
The royal revealed on Tuesday that her granddaughter, bridesmaid Eliza Lopes, was holding a £1 'wiggly worm', a toy given to her by Prince Harry to keep her entertained.
"Did you see the wiggly worm?" she asked, speaking at an event in her role as patron of The Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust at the Bowood Hotel and Spa near Calne.
"That was the funniest thing – I can't believe no one has spotted it."
Camilla was obviously concerned about the event being overwhelming for three-year-old Eliza.
"I was so worried about Eliza. She is such a lovely little thing and looked so gorgeous in her dress but it was a very big occasion for a child of her age."
On the carriage ride from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace, the roar from the crowds seemed to be scaring the little bridesmaids, and Harry quickly came to the rescue.
"Harry pulled this wiggly worm out of his pocket in the carriage to keep them amused.
"Eliza loved it so much that she wouldn't let go and it even made the official photographs.
"Can you believe it? She was holding onto my finger but in her other hand was this worm."
It seems everyone was taking it in turns to look after the youngest bridesmaid.
Earlier in the day, Charles gently lifted the toddler up to get a better look at the incredible scene below Buckingham Palace.
The proud grandmother was clearly delighted with Eliza and how the big day unfolded.
"I was so proud of her, she looked adorable in her dress and couldn't stop twirling around in it.
"It was such a lovely, lovely day."
