Solo Princess Charlene leads glamorous European royals at dinner

All eyes were on Princess Charlene of Monaco as she stepped out for the pre-wedding dinner of Princess Madeleine and Chris O'Neill, hosted by Madeleine's parents King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia.

The wife of Prince Albert arrived at the Grand Hotel in the heart of Stockholm wearing a pale pink satin gown and matching sleeveless jacket by Akris.

She joined fellow European royals Prince Nikolaos and Princess Tatiana of Greece, who shimmered in a dramatic midnight blue sequin gown. Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece, meanwhile, wore a strapless silver bustier dress with embroidered flowers by Oscar de la Renta.

Prince Guillaume of Luxembourg turned up to the dinner with his wife Stephanie, who wore a dark grey, one-shouldered dress that had a loose fit. The creation was designed by Elie Saab, who was also responsible for her wedding dress.

Sofia Hellqvist, the girlfriend of Madeleine's brother Prince Carl Philip, walked into the lavish hotel with two girl friends. Arriving separately from Carl, who walked in with his sister Princess Victoria and her husband Daniel, the reality TV star glowed in a yellow gown with ruched detailing.

Princess Marie of Denmark wore a nude gown that was cinched in at the waist, while Princess Martha Louise of Norway lit up the proceedings in a satin pale green dress with a pleated skirt.
