The happy couple walked through the city's streets before stopping to watch the colourful and dramatic firework display put on in their honour.
Truly at ease in each other's company, the newlyweds recreated their balcony kiss as the stunning fireworks boomed above their heads.
Pop star Selah Sue and Luxembourg musicians Funky P then took to the stage to serenade the country's new hereditary Grand Duke and Duchess.
The each expressed how honoured they felt to have been chosen to perform at such an event.
Belgian singer Selah Sue wished the couple "an incredible marriage" adding: "I'm really hapy and thankful that I could play at your wedding, it's been amazing."
Isaac Roosevelt, Funky P's lead vocalist spoke on behalf of the band, saying: "Funky P would like to thank you for inviting us to the party, the greatest celebration of the whole year!"
The couple made their way back to the Grand Ducal palace for a private part by car, decorated with a 'just married' sign it the country's colours, blue and orange.
